  • This state park like all others is very expensive - thank you state legislature for short changing the parks! This one the spaces are close together and there is lots of dead vegetation. All else OK  more »
  • We were staying at a hotel in Yakima and decided to come check out the campground. We have a travel trailer and camp with it frequently. This is a large campground with ponds, trails and open...  more »

  • It's a beautiful park BUT I can't recommend the pull though sites. They are very tight and all but a couple are nothing but dead grass and dirt between the asphalt pads. The other part of the campground looked much better. Maybe they should just put nice gravel between the pull through sites and call it a day. I think that would make me feel a lot better about paying $45 a night.
  • Spent the last 2 nights here and will be staying one more. The pull through spaces are kind of close together, but the back ins have more space. Park staff and hosts have all been very friendly. They use tokens for the showers, 2 for a dollar, buy several! Considering the overall ambience, a good place to stay. Spaces with full hookups are under $50. and tent spaces are less. Disabled persons get a great discount.
