  • Doesn't look like much from above, but a VERY cool area with some amazing photo opps. Be sure to climb up the large rock formation in the center area for a super sweet photo with the Perrine Bridge.....  more »
  • We stumbled upon Centennial Park by accident while looking for someplace to walk close to the Snake River. The park is very nice with apple trees where you can even pick a few. There is a boat...  more »

  • Just do it! Rent a kayak at Cenntenial Park and paddle to Shoshone falls. Portage over Pillar Falls but take time to explore the area, have a rest & a snack here. So cool! Took us about 2 hour up & 2 hours back, we were moving along pretty fast. I would do the 6 hour rental. If you are lucky you can watch base jumpers under the Perrine Bridge too!
  • Beautiful park and yes, it's free to enter. Lots to see and do here. We saw people kayaking. There's a nice playground and grills. A large pavilion with tons of seating. Easy for my Dad to maneuver his scooter to see things. You can get great shots of the Perrine Bridge from here too. Only warning - FLIES! There were so many flies. Grilling here was not an option for us. Maybe, another season.
