  • Not to bad a tour very quick to the sales room but not a bad stop while in town! Check out their version of a mule pretty good!  more »
  • Excellent tour and tastings. The staff was very knowledgeable about their craft. The bourbons at the end were absolutely incredible. Great experience!  more »

  • What a gem of a place! This small distillery is listed as a top 5 most visited distillery in the United States. They promote local businesses, using local farms to make their nectar. They are known for their aged bourbon, but also make rum, vodka, and gin. They also make their own line of mixers, all from fresh items grown locally. They are very generous, with free sampling provided at the end of the free tour. A must visit on your next trip to Saint Augustine.
  • Fascinating tour. History of the ice factory and its rehab as a distillery show community commitment and foresight. Support of local agriculture, recycling initiatives and repurposing of casks, creative. Tastings are generous. Bourbon is outstanding. Bourbon variations are dreamy delicious. Port barrel aged bourbon not to be missed.
