Venture along the zigzagging curves and steep hills of Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world. Located in the heart of San Francisco, the winding street zigzags downhill past a number of historical Victorian homes and colorful gardens, making it one of the city’s most iconic streets. Take the cable car to the top of the hill and then wander down the street on foot to stop and admire the stately mansions, blooming flowers, and stunning views of the surrounding city. Plan your visit to Lombard Street and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our San Francisco trip builder website.

For me, this is a horrible attraction. We parked our car, and we went to take some pictures, when we came back within five minutes, someone had smashed our car, and stolen everything inside.

A great place to visit. Marvelous design. Great views. If you are planning to visit by walk use tram. Otherwise please be ready to climb steep road almost 27 degree steep. For elderly better visit using tram or travel by car. Great opportunities for photography and must place to visit. Place is very clean and well organized. Once you come out of the street, you can find restaurants near by.

This street is famous because it is the most crooked street in the world. But also it is very beautiful. Summer and spring time is the best time to visit this place, while flowers are blooming. There are stairs that go all the way down. There you will see beautifully painted houses with beautiful doors. And everything in plants and flowers. I think this is one of the must see places in San Francisco.
