Very impressed with the parking process. Able to get parked early and walk across the street for a nice dinner at the Bistro.

I went with my best friend and brother to see My Chemical Romance at PNC Arena in August, and it was a great experience, even though I was/am sick! I called ahead of time to get permission to bring a bag no within the "clear bag" policy for medical needs and the security guy I spoke with on the phone was so compassionate. When I got there, I had zero issues moving through security with my (not clear) bag. Once we got up to our (nosebleeds) seats, it became clear that due to medical issues I have, I was not going to be able to enjoy the show from there. I got dizzy, nauseated and started experiencing cardiac symptoms due to how high up, hot and crowded that section was. I went to speak with an employee and explained my condition and almost immediately all three members of my party were moved down by three sections where I had room to sit back, spread out my legs and enjoy the show. We were still high up, but much more comfortable. We were not charged for this. (View from these seats pictured.) When I still found myself needing to leave early due to being high up and affected by the music, I went to the ground level and walked into the hall, then watched the last few songs from right there and nobody minded. I was asked several times if I needed anything/was okay by staff and was even given a free bottle of Gatorade (which is saying something, since I'd paid $9 for the first bottle I had). I really enjoyed the show!

Great overall experience at the Canes game. There’s a ton of energy in the stadium and the staff are very nice. They have a good amount of concessions that are expensive like at any sports arena. Parking at the stadium is $10, but there are parking areas further away that are free and not too far to walk. There were kids’ 2 minute hockey games in between periods as well as other questions to the crowd for prizes. They keep you very engaged throughout and have different clips of the team answering questions during breaks. There’s a large 360 degree view screen so everyone can see even if you aren’t sitting close. Seats are as expected (not that comfy, but will make do) and there are beverage holders between each seat. They have box seats available, too. Would definitely go again!
