More than a City park, the Will Rogers Gardens is one of Oklahoma City's oldest and most historic parks. These 30 acres of pristine landscape feature the Charles E. Sparks Color Gardens, the Margaret Annis Boys Arboretum, Will Rogers Garden Exhibition Center and Ed Lycan Conservatory.

Throughout the year, Garden staff provides hands-on gardening and horticulture classes to visitors of all ages. Programs focus on simple "how-to" instruction for gardening and home landscape.

The gardens are owned and staffed by the City of Oklahoma City Parks & Recreation Department.

  • This is a great park to take some time and walk around. The landscaping is gorgeous for some family pics or senior photos. It’s a big open park so plenty to see while you enjoy exercise.  more »
  • The daffodils and crocuses are blooming in early spring, and the gardens are lovely and well maintained. The fountain and ponds are also attractive. I really enjoyed finding the little fairy doors...  more »

  • My experience add Carl's juniors what's up about 50 percent good. I ordered a big Carl's sandwich the bread was a little bit tough around the edges, the meat seem like it was cooked earlier and just kept in a warmer I added cheese but the meat wasn't hot enough to melt it.
  • Really great place to relax and walk by the side of the water and the shade of the trees. Not to mention the large tennis complex nearby. I had a good week-end spending most of my time in the Will Rogers Park.
