Mother, wife and best-selling author Wendy Williams burst onto the talk show scene in July 2009 with the launch of the nationally-syndicated weekday program, “The Wendy Williams Show.” Called a “breakthrough in daytime” by The New York Times, “The Wendy Williams Show,” which airs in 52 countries, on BET at midnight, and is now in its fifth season, has just been renewed on Fox through 2020.

“The Wendy Williams Show” is the provocative, must-see talk show in daytime. Taped live in New York, viewers delight over Williams’ distinctive and entertaining personality, as well as a diverse mix of interviews with celebrity guests from television, film, music and sports. Popular segments include “Ask Wendy,” during which she offers real advice to audience members looking for solutions to problems, and “Hot Topics,” in which she delivers her own unpredictable, honest, authentic and opinionated take on the juiciest headlines.

  • First time going to a live show and I had a amazing time. Thank you The Wendy Williams Show for this amazing experience.
  • Fun experience this was my second time attending. It's good to manage your expectations ahead of your visit in terms of waiting and we're you will be seated. . We had tickets for morning tapping by the time we arrived at 7:40am and they already had reached capacity which was a bit disappointing but a kind producer who had to deliver the news was very nice and told us to come back around 11:30 for the 2nd tapping which we did. We returned by 11 and glad we did as the line was growing. Everyone signed release forms and the received a ticket, once inside everyone went through security. From there we're placed in a waiting area wear everyone is asked to fill out the ask Wendy questionnaire and people are picked to participate. From there we are loaded into a. Elevator and taken into the studio to be seated, again manage your expectations as you are seated by group and to create the best effect on camera. From there the warm-up guy Marco comes out and gets everyone hype along with the DJ from there Susanne preps us on audience participation and then the show starts. It's fun to see how everything gets put together but it goes by fast before you know it, it's all over. Wendy says a few words poses for a few photos then she's out and we are escorted out row by row and that's it!
