Foley Square is a street intersection and small triangular park named Thomas Paine Park in the Civic Center neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, New York City. The space is bordered by Worth Street to the north, Centre Street to the east, and Lafayette Street to the west, and is located south of Manhattan's Chinatown and east of Tribeca. It was named after a prominent Tammany Hall district leader and local saloon owner, Thomas F. "Big Tom" Foley (1852–1925).

  • The buildings here are beautiful! A lot of history in this area. Busy but not too crowded. You can sit & look or walk from building to building. Transportation is easy to catch in this area.  more »

  • A love this place, yeah it is a small park but still clean and great view. There are a lot of people but the atmosphere is relaxing and you can hang out there in your break. There are a lot of places where you can find food and interesting drinks. The location is amazing.
  • Came to see my daughter do a performance for Summer Street. Very spacious area and right in front of the courthouse. The water fountain added a good background for after photos.
