Enjoyed this park so close to Lawrence. Pros - beautiful country setting, quiet, plenty of spacing, electric and water for RVs, some are well treed, and trails for walking. Cons - Only a dump...

It was so much fun, we stayed in the cabins. It was prefect, so clean neat and tidy. Sleeps up to six. Has everything you need, just bring your own bedding, food, personal hygiene stuff. Ours had a view of the water through trees. There is a huge burning pit so bring wood and smores 😁 you will love it $110 1 night rental~
Love this park. We go out there often. There people are very friendly and the prices are very fair. It's not too far from town if need be but still secluded. The parks are well maintained as well as the camp sites. In the winter, you can camp and state hunting grounds are not that far either. It's a great place to stay any time of year.
