Discover roller coasters, carnival rides, restaurants, and shops along Kemah Boardwalk. Stroll down the shores of Galveston Bay and Clear Lake, stop for a bite to eat at one of the area's ten restaurants, or step into some of the stores lining the way. You'll find plenty of rides and games with prizes for children or the whole family, including the wooden Boardwalk Bullet roller coaster. To experience the full charm of this area, consider staying at the Boardwalk Inn, a boutique hotel at the center of it all, with balconies overlooking the bay and boardwalk. • Kemah Boardwalk is definitely a must see. Good restaurants and plenty of rides, I loved the boat ride. Not far from Space Center Houston. Recommend.

  • On a SLOW Tuesday is August they have just ONE person in the ticket purchase booth. There is only ONE ticket purchase booth open in the entire park. Took almost one hour to purchase Tickets...

  • I had so much fun there. There are so many restaurants and small shops around the area. Plus it's free to get in, unlike the Galveston Pier (I like that place too). They have many fun rides. I enjoyed the Aquarium a lot, and I got to pet the sting rays. They are so sweet and lovely.
  • $6 each ride or a $26 wrist band for everyone taller than 48”. Went on a Sunday there was live music playing by the hotel/plaza where the water is. Perfect for families. Kids enjoyed the rides/water while I did some souvenir shopping.
