A water park and amusement park with over 50 rides, Elitch Gardens Theme Park also has up-close animal interactions, magical illusion shows, games, and concerts. Ride a roller coaster, get soaked on a water ride, take in an acrobatic show, and view the city from the top of the observation tower. Check out the Brain Drain ride, a seven-story steel-looping roller coaster, and Disaster Canyon, which stimulates white-water rafting. After you've worked up an appetite, indulge in some barbeque or funnel cakes, or something else from one of the park's many restaurants. Parking is free with season passes, or available for a daily fee with single-day tickets. There is also a light rail stop and bus station next to the park's entrance if you want to avoid parking. Elitch Gardens Theme Park Reviews
We decided to check this out while wandering the 16th street mall. We were fortunate to run into a couple whose friends had bailed, so they offered to let us join them on a family pass. Win :-) I... more »
I grew up going to Elitch Gardens and have fond memories of it. Granted there are great but also very bad rides. It's a beautiful park and is photogenic to say the least. Family Rides/Flat Rides... more »
This place was CRAZY! The rides were so impressive and fun. The staff was so quirky and helpful. The food was definitely above the average theme park plate of fries. Some rides were closed, but that just means that they keep up on safety, and there were plenty more rides to enjoy! Will visit again!
We went on a Friday night in October, and while the rides that were open were pretty thrilling, it seemed that over half of the park was not operating, yet they still charged full price. Plus an additional $20 to park. It was during a “haunted house“ themed evening, which can be fun, but the people they hired were dressed as clowns and horror flick-type characters, doing annoying things like pretending to punch you or blowing an air horn right in your ear. We really did enjoy the meow Wolf exhibit, the half pipe, the Boomerang, and mind eraser, and most of all, the giant drop. The price was a bit steep considering how much of the park was closed.
