The Colorado Convention Center (CCC) is a multi-purpose convention center located in Downtown Denver, Colorado. At 2,200,000 square feet (total space) it is currently the 12th largest convention center in the United States. It opened in June 1990; the first event being the NBA Draft for the Denver Nuggets. The convention center was expanded in 2004 to include several meeting rooms, two ballrooms and an indoor amphitheater. Since opening, the center hosts an average of around 400 events per year. Centrally located in the city, it has become one of Denver's many landmarks due to its architecture and is adjacent to the Denver Performing Arts Complex and is just blocks away from the Colorado State Capitol, Auraria Campus and the 16th Street Mall. The CCC is directly served via light rail by RTD's Theatre District–Convention Center station.Plan your Colorado Convention Center visit and explore what else you can see and do in Denver using our Denver travel route builder site.

Colorado Convention Center Reviews
We have been to the convention center several times for various events. It is a wonderful place for the entire family. Easy to walk - facilities for all to use. LOVE the bear looking inside!! more »
I was recently a guest at the Colorado Convention Center, downtown on 14th. The facility itself is nice, well kept and convenient. Easy walking access from many places in Downtown (hotels... more »
Been here for so many events, I would recommend avoiding the attached parking garage if you have a larger vehicle, it’s a giant spiral ramp that goes around and around so it can feel a little tight, of course it’s doable with any car, it’s a beautiful walk through the city to just park half a mile away and cheaper. Otherwise I love that this is the location for the Annual Denver Auto Show, offers a massive space that fits 100s of cars. Been to a few concerts, very spacious and great acoustics!
It is nice, roomy, and in the center of town. I attend a convention hear bi-yearly. I suppose my biggest complaint is that most of the time there is only once entrance you can get in at. THE STAFF HOWEVER ARE WONDERFUL! There was one gentleman last time I went that was the kindest and most genuine greeter I have met in ages. They care about you and the experience you will have.
