  • It's huge, it covers a full city block. Plenty of selections, not a lot of help. I'm glad it's still open following the closing of the Water Tower Place store.  more »

  • The Best Macy's of all, I think. I've been others in NY, Boston, Buffalo...even in Guam. But this is the BEST. Plenty of materials, and very kind attendants. To all men, Go to the suit section on the second floor and get Leslie's help. She'll take care of everything. Thank you, Leslie :)
  • I ordered clothes online that I loved but didn't fit. I went to their return desk and was in and out in 5 minutes. But really I just love being there, getting a book from Barbara's Bookstore, browsing around, getting fitted for a bra by a knowledgeable sales woman, finding a lovely pair of pajamas, and then getting a little bag of candy downstairs. It's a great place still. I hope people will stop shopping at mega-online places and get back to the service of great department stores. Macy's is great and I'd hate for it to be gone.
