Wonderful experience and excellent customer service! I was looking to upgrade my pipe collection and move beyond the starter pipes I had. Douglas was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect one. No pressure to sell and worked within my budget, he took the time to explain and clarify any questions I had not just about the pipes but tobacco blends and his recommendations were stellar.
