We love the Borgata! We love the main hotel. Marketplace has excellent choices. The vegetable wrap at the chop and toss is the best! Plenty of machines to choose from and the bathrooms are always clean. Hand sanitizer spaced out throughout the floor! The rooms are always comfortable and clean. Room service is convenient and comes in a timely manner!

I would give a zero is possible. I have been going to Borgata for 20+ years and always enjoyed my time there. Now that it is part of MGM, STAY AWAY!!! I won 12k on a table playing blackjack. I played table max the last 25-30 bets (1k a hand) and walked away from the table with 12k in chips. I went to the cashier and it was a disaster. The pit boss didn't record me playing 1k a hand and probably had me playing an average of $100 a hand. It took be 3 full days and 4 different times at the cashier to get someone to pay me my money. During those 3 days I saw a minimum of 5 other people having the exact same issue. They said "we don't have you playing enough to have this many chips." How is that the fault of the player versus the fault of the people recording our play? How about train your staff better? Borgata MGM does NOT want to pay you when you win money there. They will happily take your money when you lose but don't think they will be overly excited to pay you and if you win a lot then good luck getting your money. MGM has destroyed this place. Go to Ocean in Atlantic City and have a much better and professional time.
