Built for the 1996 summer games, Centennial Olympic Park hosts millions of visitors every year on its wide lawns and walking paths. Many visitors come for concerts at the park's amphitheater, but you'll also want to check out the Fountain of Rings and the Skyview Ferris wheel. • Gorgeous public park in the center of many tourist attractions. I've never seen a park so clean in my life! Perfect spot for a picnic or just getting some sun on a nice day. Very safe area to hang out on your own or with friends and family. Lots of great restaurants nearby too and close to MARTA stops and stations.
  • 1996 this has been one of the most popular attractions of Atlanta Georgia in and after the Olympic games were host, now only it is Mark one of the most amazing time in Atlanta Georgia history. This historic monument and many other monuments that are laid out all around Atlanta City streets became the ultimate world stage.. which led to put Atlanta on the map not only as a city of change but as a city of the world. Even though that's just my personal opinion as being part of not only the culture of Atlanta but a resident of Georgia this is not only my home this is a part of everyone history.. like a young man once said I had a dream today. And a dream has come to put Atlanta Georgia on the map for all the on a global scale. So come out enjoy yourself with your family your friends there are many attractions Ferris wheel you have the CNN center you have the Philips arena which is now State farm arena all the changes that the city has gone through over the years since then everything is on the horizon. So enjoy yourself and the great state of Georgia for always remember we're all champions no matter our color we're all one.
