The London Aquatics Centre is an indoor facility with two 50-metre (164-foot) swimming pools and a 25-metre (82-foot) diving pool in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, London. The centre, one of the main venues of the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Paralympics, was used for the swimming, diving and synchronised swimming events. After significant modification, the centre opened to the public in March 2014.

  • Fantastic for lap swimming. There's usually at least the competition pool and one training pool dedicated to lap swimming. Facilities include competition pool (50 meters), two training pools (25 meters, one usually dedicated to children activities), a diving pool and a gym. Very large changing area with plenty of lockers. There's also a smaller changing area next to training pools. There aren't many showers and most of them are right in front of the lockers There's a cafe at the entrance.
  • Easy to get to from central London. Friendly and polite staff. State of the art facilities which were clean. Vast changing area with large lockers. Only a few showers which was odd. Cafe and reasonable price to swim (only 35p more expensive than 50m in Liverpool for example).
