Head to Covent Garden for one of London's liveliest street scenes. A former covered vegetable garden, the area now offers a collection of cafes, restaurants, and shops. You'll find a global range of cuisines, from Japanese and Indian to French and British, and diverse shops offering various clothing styles, art, gourmet foodstuffs, and much more. Even if you're not hungry or interested in shopping, you can still find plenty of entertainment from the street performers. Watch magicians execute their tricks as buskers' songs fill the air. Before heading off, be sure to snap a few photos of the Royal Opera House's detailed facade. Theatergoers fill the area in the evening, but you'll likely find it bustling no matter when you visit. This place is amazing ! So much to see everywhere, we went during the Christmas time to see the Christmas tree and decorations. Very beautiful place to visit with lots to see for everyone no matter what age. The Christmas village was so beautiful and inside the covent garden center there is always someone singing which makes the place even memorable. Highly recommend. There is a lot of place to eat from here. You could probably spend a couple hours here shopping and eating something delicious.

Brilliant place in London city with stunning decorations, lush restaurants, unique market, street entertainments, theatre shows and many more to discover. My daughter loved the hourly snow sessions in place this festive season. But this area of the city can be bit crowded due to school holidays - to feel safe, adhere to personal covid measures.
