Few, if any, Ferris wheels offer the kind of views that Coca-Cola London Eye does. At a height of 135 m (443 ft), this is the tallest Ferris wheel in Europe and one of the tallest in the world. Ever since its completion in 1999, the Eye has provided one of the highest vantage points in London. On a clear day, you can see across London, with the Thames River, Big Ben, and Parliament sitting directly below you. Each of the 32 sealed, air-conditioned ovoid capsule can hold up to 25 passengers, though you can also reserve an entire capsule for yourself and your companions for an extra fee. Purchase your tickets online to save on the price of admission and to avoid waiting in line when you arrive. Try not to book too far ahead, though, because there's no guaranteeing the sun will shine on your chosen date. Coca-Cola London Eye reviews
We've done the London Eye a number of times and it never gets boring. London is an amazing city and looks even better from the height of the Eye itself. Book in advance and avoid the queues. more »
Although there was a long queue when we arrived it moved very quickly. The views were phenominal and air conditioned pods were a welcome extra. more »
Went here for Mrs birthday was a brilliant day out. Bought tickets for 3 attractions before hand but ended up knowing someone that was on the desks and let us on for free and gave us a free boat trip... brilliant day. Top lad. Might use the 3 tickets next year.... bonus
We went with a 12 (has SEN needs) 10 year old and 7 year old. I was cautious as struggle with kids but this was so enjoyable. Would say it’s better than London eye as you have a guide telling where everything is and some facts. I felt the information was just enough and not too complicated for my kids. They enjoyed it and were looking for the buildings etc. We had chloe as our guide and she was lovely. Such a great tour, not too expensive and wouldn’t happily recommend it to anyone.
