Often referred to as Iceland's second city, Akureyri offers an array of cultural attractions in a scenic setting.
When in Akureyri, make a side trip to see Grjotagja Cave in Reykjahlid, approximately Reykjahlid away. There's still lots to do: capture your vacation like a pro with an inspiring photography tour, race across the water with a speed boat tour, stroll through Krafla Lava Fields, and take in the dramatic scenery at Dettifoss Waterfall.
