Benidorm — 1 night

A major seaside resort on the famous Costa Blanca, Benidorm was built compactly, thanks to the foresight of a local government administrator in the 1960s, who had a vision for a holiday destination that would grow upwards.
Kick off your visit on the 3rd (Mon): get great views at Torre el Aguilo, then kick back and relax at Platja de Ponent, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Playa de Levante.

On the 4th (Tue), explore the historical opulence of Castillo de Santa Barbara, make a trip to Passeig Esplanada d'Espanya, then look for all kinds of wild species at El Palmeral, and finally step into the grandiose world of Castillo Fortaleza de Santa Pola.
