Emerald City
Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.Seattle is known for museums, parks, and wineries. Your plan includes some of its best attractions: take in panoramic vistas at Space Needle, learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Woodland Park Zoo, take a stroll through Pike Place Market, and take in the waterfront at Hiram M. Although urban sprawl remains synonymous with Houston, most of the city's tourist attractions lie within the relatively small downtown area, surrounded by diverse neighborhoods housing the nation's biggest African-American, Asian-American, and Latino communities.Start off your visit on the 18th (Thu): see the interesting displays at Space Center Houston, then enjoy the sand and surf at Pine Gully Park, and then get in on the family fun at Kemah Boardwalk. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 19th (Fri): get curious at Cockrell Butterfly Center, then admire the masterpieces at Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and then get your game on at The Escape Game Houston.
