New Delhi — 2 nights

Designed by notable English architects and proclaimed India's capital in 1931, New Delhi sits in the middle of a sprawling metropolitan area with a population of over 25 million.
On the 19th (Sun), take in the spiritual surroundings of Birla Mandir Temple (Lakshmi Narayan) and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Akshardham. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: contemplate the long history of India Gate, then admire the landmark architecture of Humayun's Tomb, then don't miss a visit to Jahanara Begum's Tomb, and finally enjoy breathtaking views from Qutub Minar.

You can drive from New Delhi to Agra in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train; or take a bus. In March, daily temperatures in Agra can reach 36°C, while at night they dip to 17°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 22nd (Wed) early enough to catch the flight to Jaipur.

Pink City

Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
Kick off your visit on the 22nd (Wed): don't miss a visit to Jagat Shiromani Ji Temple, then contemplate the long history of Amber Palace, and then stroll through Elefriend.
