Bayou City

Although urban sprawl remains synonymous with Houston, most of the city's tourist attractions lie within the relatively small downtown area, surrounded by diverse neighborhoods housing the nation's biggest African-American, Asian-American, and Latino communities.
When in Houston, make a side trip to see Kemah Boardwalk in Kemah, approximately Kemah away. There's lots more to do: examine the collection at Space Center Houston, admire the masterpieces at The Menil Collection, make a trip to Water Wall, and walk around McGovern Centennial Gardens.

The sprawling city of Jacksonville is not only Florida's most populous city, but also the largest city by land area in the continental United States.
Explore Jacksonville's surroundings by going to St. Augustine (St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, St. Augustine Distillery, &more) and Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (in Saint Augustine Beach).
