Scottsdale — 1 day

Scottsdale is a city in the eastern part of Maricopa County, Arizona, adjacent to the Greater Phoenix Area. Start off your visit on the 3rd (Tue): see the interesting displays at Musical Instrument Museum and then take in nature's colorful creations at Desert Botanical Garden.

Once the booming capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the tropical paradise of Lahaina still remains one of Maui's top vacation attractions, providing both culture and recreation.
Take a break from Lahaina with a short trip to Maui Tropical Plantation in Wailuku, about 34 minutes away. Spend the 4th (Wed) exploring the striking scenery along Hana Highway - Road to Hana. There's much more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Ka'anapali Beach, walk around Lahaina Banyan Court, observe the fascinating underwater world at Maui Ocean Center, and see some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour.
