Spend the 17th (Fri) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. The adventure continues: see Mutianyu Great Wall, take an in-depth tour of Lama Temple (Yonghegong), contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Temple of Heaven, and admire the striking features of Summer Palace (Yiheyuan).

For other places to visit, ratings, photos, and more tourist information, refer to the Beijing trip planner.

If you are flying in from Australia, the closest major aiports are Beijing Capital International Airport, Beijing Nanyuan Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport. In July, plan for daily highs up to 38°C, and evening lows to 26°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 17th (Fri) to allow enough time to travel back home.
