Washington DC to Baltimore is an approximately 1.5-hour car ride. You can also take a train; or take a bus. In February, daily temperatures in Baltimore can reach 46°F, while at night they dip to 32°F. You'll set off for Miami on the 18th (Thu).

Kids will appreciate attractions like Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and Bayside Marketplace. There's lots more to do: get a taste of the local shopping with Lincoln Road, buy something for everyone on your list at Dolphin Mall, appreciate the extensive heritage of Art Deco Historic District, and get to know the resident critters at Jungle Island.

Traveling by flight from Baltimore to Miami takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. In February, Miami is much warmer than Baltimore - with highs of 79°F and lows of 65°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 21st (Sun) so you can fly back home.
