On the 4th (Sat), see the interesting displays at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, then enjoy some diversion at Lock & Load Miami, and then don't miss a visit to Bayside Marketplace. Keep things going the next day: zoom along the surf with a waterskiing or jet-skiing adventure and then wander the streets of Lincoln Road.
