Manila, Philippines to Paris is an approximately 19- hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone changes from Philippine Standard Time (PST) to Central European Standard Time (CET), which is usually a -7 hour difference. In December, Paris is cooler than Manila - with highs of 9°C and lows of 3°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 18th (Wed) so you can catch the train to Luxembourg City.

While Luxembourg City boasts the shiny headquarters of several European institutions and EU offices, it is also home to a beautiful old town that's designated as a World Heritage Site.
Bourscheid Castle and Vianden Castle are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Museum-lovers will appreciate MNHM Musee National d'Histoire Militaire and National Museum of Art and History (Musee National d'Histoire et d'Art). Venture out of the city with trips to Mullerthal Trail (in Mullerthal), Chateau de Clervaux (in Clervaux) and Musee Tudor (in Rosport).
