Change things up with a short trip to Seongsan Ilchulbong in Seogwipo (about 1h 15 min away). The adventure continues: Head underground at Manjanggul Cave, head outdoors with Hyeopjae Beach, stroll around Sarabong Park, and trek along Jeju Olle Trail Routes.

You can fly from Sokcho to Jeju in 3 hours. Other options are to do a combination of car and ferry; or do a combination of bus, train, and ferry. Traveling from Sokcho in October, expect somewhat warmer with lows of 68°F in Jeju. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 18th (Tue) to allow time to fly to Gyeongju.

Kick off your visit on the 19th (Wed): steep yourself in history at Bulguksa Temple and then contemplate the waterfront views at Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond.

Getting from Jeju to Gyeongju by flight takes about 2.5 hours. Other options: do a combination of ferry and car; or do a combination of ferry, taxi, and train. Plan for slightly colder nights when traveling from Jeju in October since evenings lows in Gyeongju dip to 60°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 19th (Wed) so you can go by car to Busan.
