One of the country's most popular shopping destinations, Dallas and its sprawling suburbs include more shopping centers per capita than any other urban center in America.

Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Dallas Heritage Village at Old City Park and Old Red Museum. Do your shopping at NorthPark Center and Wild Bill's Western Store. Get out of town with these interesting Dallas side-trips: Amon Carter Museum of American Art (in Fort Worth) and Texas Civil War Museum (in White Settlement).
