Known as the "Pink City" because of the color of the stone used for many of its notable structures, Jaipur draws visitors with its chaotic street life and a slew of colorful bazaars selling everything from handmade pottery to tie-dye scarves.
You'll explore and learn at Jantar Mantar - Jaipur and Nahargarh Fort. Amber Palace and City Palace of Jaipur are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Spend the 17th (Fri) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's still lots to do: admire the striking features of Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, indulge in some personalized pampering at some of the best spas, and make a trip to Jagat Shiromani Ji Temple.
