Nicknamed the "Entertainment Capital of the World," Las Vegas sits in the middle of a desert in the southern section of Nevada.
Get a sense of the local culture at The Strip and Shelby American Inc. You'll discover tucked-away gems like Counts Kustoms and Pinball Hall of Fame. Take a break from Las Vegas with a short trip to Willow Beach in Fort Mohave, about 1h 10 min away. There's much more to do: wander the streets of The LINQ Promenade, admire the local landmark of Fountains of Bellagio, stop by SWAG Antiques, and examine the collection at Wayne Newton's Casa de Shenandoah.

Drive from Las Vegas to Sedona in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of shuttle and bus. The time zone changes from Pacific Standard Time (PST) to Mountain Standard Time (MST), which is usually a 1 hour difference. Divided into neighborhoods with distinct characters and cultural heritages, San Diego sits just north of the Mexican border and offers visitors a blend of tourist attractions, including a lively nightlife, diverse cuisine, and a thriving musical scene.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to La Jolla Shores Park and Coronado Beach. Fort Rosecrans Cemetery and Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial will appeal to history buffs. Change things up with these side-trips from San Diego: Moonlight State Beach (in Encinitas), Del Mar City Beach (in Del Mar) and South Carlsbad State Beach (in Carlsbad). There's much more to do: stroll through Windansea Beach, appreciate the history behind The Unconditional Surrender, take in the waterfront at Seaport Village, and enjoy the sand and surf at Pacific Beach.
