Saunter through over 20 hectares (50 acres) of lush gardens at Parque De La Paloma. Located only 200 m (656 ft) from the main coastal highway, the park offers several children’s play areas, a large lake, and many pathways that wind through the beautifully landscaped area. Feed the dozens of geese, ducks, and peacocks that inhabit the park, or bring a picnic to eat while basking in the sun. On Wednesdays, the fruit and vegetable markets are open. • This is an amazing Park. Great for a simple stroll in the Sun or chill out on a Bench. Loads of stuff for kids to do. Reasonably well kept & maintained, although quite a few fag butts lying around!

  • Lovely park to explore and stroll around, lots of interesting things to see and plenty of places to sit for a while and simply enjoy the surroundings.

  • Absolutely stunng place to visit and it's free. There are so many different walks with lots of places to sit. Cute green parrots fly over the cactus garden and lake where the terrapins bask. It's just so beautiful. There's a couple of lovely little cafes dotted around if you don't take anything.
  • Nice park not far from the beach. Has at least 3 places to eat/drink (they even have gluten free beer). Toilets located near cafés. Two playgrounds, one for small children and the other for both younger and old children but the large equipment is more suited for older/bigger children. There is a lake with terrapins in and a cactus garden to walk around. Worth a visit if you want a break from the beach or the pool.
