What a course, one of the best courses I have ever played, best course in Portugal in my opinion, the lay out, the greens, the views, the club house just outstanding. The fairways here lies the story, you need to hit them or you will be in trouble there is no semi, no room for error most with a carry of 100 yards. I am not going to spoil the surprises that awaits you on the greens of the par 3 holes only to comment best i have played at the current price this course is a real bargain play it now before it hits the 100 euro plus bracket. last comment take a buggy green to tee is a reasonable distance on some of the holes. O and do not forget to take in the views you are not going to get many like this, enjoy we did

Played this week and thoroughly enjoyed the course. It's a real test of golf and you need to pick your tees. We played from the 55s and had plenty to think about. There are a number of forced carries so it's not a place for a beginner. Fairways are fairly wide but miss them and you'll end up in the scrub. Fairly easy to find your ball but the lie can be tough. There are no boring holes and plenty of strategy. Doglegs left and right, elevation changes, partially blind shots and sideway lies. It's not a pure links but more a wonderfully designed course by the sea. Can't wait to come back.
