  The building is lovely but I hated seeing the poor horses givin* carriage rides around the area. Please don’t get a ride and encourage it. I was there in September in 35 deg heat. Poor horses working....  more »

  We had a quick visit to this church when we noticed the line was short and the it was free. Beautiful inside.

  I’m not religious, but even as a nonbeliever, the architecture of this church is impressive with its high vaulted ceilings, very elaborate columns, and stunning stone elephants. Worth a visit. (Unlike the monastery, you can visit the church for free.)
