A small shopping centre. The views are amazing though. A river with waterfalls runs right through it! The buildings are from Bærums Verk's past with a museum to tell you all about it. The shops are good as a local hub but it is the art galleries, sculptures and working crafts-people who really make the experience outstanding. If you are wanting something a little more "authentic" than just malls and city views this is worth the trip to visit.

Wonderful place to visit. Lovely art galleries and small specialty shops. Especially fine chocolate shop. Highly recommend.Nice area to walk around and have a picnic. There are cafes also. There’s also a Christmas market with some extras in December If I remember correctly it’s on the weekends, look it up on Bærums Verk homepage, there you can also find information about guided tours in the summer holidays, we went on one of those and it’s quite informative and I recommend it if you like history. Well worth the visit.
