I've just finished the 5-day, 30-hours' Level 1 course and I'm extremely happy with it. Very professional learning environment with extremely well organized administrative and Trainer Sandeep sir who are also super polite and patient. You get a great book with pictures and explanation of each step of a 2-hour massage that you can get home. Remember to ask questions if you are not sure of anything you're learning; I have no background in medicine nor anatomy and all the trainer's would patiently answer my questions about muscles, bones and where the pressure points and lines are and how to find them on a human body. Free pick up service to and fro a pick up point is provided. If I decide to learn more about western massage therapy"s in future, I'll definitely go back there to do higher levels!

Excellent place for spa massages., the ambience and environment sends vibes of relaxation. Team is very efficient and eager to help. I was in terrible pain when I went in, and have been recovering well over the following 2-3 days. The room setup was calm and comfortable.
