Gurudwara Bangla Sahib
Golden domes and ornate carvings accentuate the profile of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, the site of some of the final acts of Harkrishan Dev, a Sikh guru. Originally constructed in the 17th century and largely rebuilt after World War II, the building lies on one edge of an extensive reflective pool. Explore the compound, wandering under arcade walkways on your way to the temple itself. Be sure to follow posted procedures before entering, which include washing your feet. A visit to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib represents just the start of the adventure when you use our New Delhi tour site to plot your vacation.

This holy place is calm and peaceful. It has huge free of cost parking space for both cars and bikes. Shoe holders are provided to keep the shoes safely with token. The staff is also supportive and well mannered. Photography is not allowed but yes u can take little photos if u want. The food at langer is also delicious and fresh. The environment is also cool and have huge reservoir of holy water with lots of beautiful fishes. And you can take bath in the holy water. This was the first Sikh temple I ever visited. The premises are vast and it is lovely to walk around the waters. I enjoyed a guided tour with staff from the visitors office to see the main building and the kitchen. The facilities are well maintained and clean. It is a beautiful and welcoming place, worth a visit.
