  • No matter how much crowd and noise is there outside. Once you step inside mosque its pin drop silence. Soulful place. Its huge, clean and perfect place to find yourself in peace. What an architect and his skills. So many pillars but each has different carving. People who work there are so friendly. No doubt why India is called country with great history and also no doubt why Ahmedabad has given "Heritage city" title. I would love to go there as many times as I can. You should visit it once in your lifetime.
  • Beautiful place to visit, we were lucky to get the tour from the owner of the place, who allowed the females inside the main mosque area. The scale is grand, you enter from what is a narrow dense street, and the sky opens up to the large courtyard. We ended up spending more time here than we had planned, but it was amazing.
