It’s certainly a very busy place that many customers want to get the luxury stuff. We wanted to buy a handbag and we finally got a reservation the day before we left Paris after multiple tries. The sales associate Julie was very friendly, acted in a timely manner to make sure we were able to catch our flight. The greatest news is that she helped us find the dream bag we wanted! Thank you, Julie! We’ll definitely visit it again when we travel to Paris next time.
Hermès in Paris is the biggest fraud I have ever experienced with a brand. Deceptive behavior and experts at taking advantage of people’s tine and willingness to spend money. Horrible treatment to long time clients of the brand. Like I wrote in my other reviews, a big store filled with staff trained to lie to customers just to make it look like the place is packed. I have never seen so many customers so angry not for being rejected to buy a specific handbag but for being lied to. I am from Los Angeles and not unfamiliar with the brand but I promise you if you behave like this at the Rodeo Drive shop, clients will make it a personal project to diminish the hell out of your brand until you shape up or shut down whether your name is Hermès or Ferrari. Honest hard working people will not tolerate this type of treatment. This is brand suicide for Hermès. Shame on whoever is managing these stores because your position should be short lived. You couldn’t get a job at McDonald’s if you were in the US because people actually care about how they treat people. I am not anonymous so feel free to respond if you have anything to say that is the truth. What a joke seriously. Paris has lost its class because they have lowered their standards. Do NOT go to Hermès if you value your time and hard work because they sure as hell don’t. There are other brands that will appreciate your loyalty.
