Sky Costanera, Santiago

4.5
#4 of 3,400 in Things to do in Chile
The tallest building in South America, Sky Costanera offers impressive panoramic views of the city and the surrounding mountains. The lift takes you 300 m (984 ft) up, to the top observation deck in just two minutes. Make this the last stop on your journey to get the overall picture and place every attraction you visited in its proper location. If you wait until sunset, this might be one of the highlights of your visit to Santiago. The first observation level is enclosed and air-conditioned, while the second is open, which means that it can be chilly or hot depending on the weather. The multi-lingual signage provides explanations for some of the landmarks you'll see. Work out when and for how long to visit Sky Costanera and other Santiago attractions using our handy Santiago online day trip planner.

  • Great view of the city, and also of the beautiful mountains that sorry mound Santiago. The ticket is a little expensive but totally worth it. There’s a little coffee in the last flour that I absolutely recommend since the staff is so nice and the food is delicious.
  • This building is the tallest building in Santiago. The exterior design is like a corn. It's the best place to go to the top floor to see the city view. After seeing the view, it's also a good choice to go to the restaurant downstairs to taste Chile's Antarctic crab.
