Come visit our 200 acre working maple farm YEAR ROUND! We have 2500 taps on a pipeline system gravity-fed to our log sugar camp. Every spring we gather crystal clear sap from our sugar maples and make maple syrup over a wood-fired evaporator fueled with mountain hardwood. Attached to our sugar camp is a log building that houses a restaurant seating 60 diners, and a maple shop.

  • Tour was short but informative. All inside. The food was good and you can have all the syrup you want with your meal.
  • Great cafe and a beautiful hike behind the place. The maple tonic and pancakes are definitely worth the drive!
