Interact with an authentic environment and historical interpreters of Pilgrims at Plimoth Plantation, a living museum based and located on the first Plymouth colony. English Colonists originally established the settlement in the 17th century, and now the same grounds host this multifaceted museum. Witness everyday life in the 1627 English Village section of the museum, where the "townspeople" dress, speak, and behave like 17th-century Pilgrims. You also can explore a replica of the Mayflower II, watch a film at the museum's cinema, see craftsmen at work, and learn about Native American history in the region at the Wampanoag Homesite. For travelers who use our custom trip planner, Plymouth holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Plimoth Plantation and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

Plimoth Plantation Reviews
Quite large with a complete village of houses built and furnished as the first settlers would have known. The people in costume only speak about life in the 17th century. more »
This place is so amazing. The kids loved the authentic outfits and the period houses. Made you feel as if you were there for that first Thanksgiving. A must see with the little ones. more »
Loved visiting Plimoth Plantation! All of the actors are in character and you can ask them anything! Very true interactive living history museum! What an incredible way to learn about our history and see how people lived back then. Super authentic and very accurate representation. Worth every penny. We didn't arrive in time, so we only got to see half of the plantation. I will definitely be back!
Never been, I just got bored in my English class and decided to write a review. There is a lot of cool history around this place ( were reading about it in class) so if your in the area i would recommend going to see it. The Plantation appears to be a great stop for the whole family. Looks a lot more interesting then here. Sincerely, Vibes from my English class.
