  • I had read in advance about this Museum, and saw all the conflicting opinions. But I knew exactly what I personally there food. It is the original canvas Vincent van Gogh "starry night". I had a dream to see. In a building of six floors, the main art gallery on the fifth. Van Gogh was beautiful! But to my surprise there were exhibited and other greatest canvases! Monet! Picasso! Matisse! Klimt! And many others! It was perfect) in addition to the paintings in the Museum, many different locations, but to me they were not very interesting

  • If you like modern art you can't miss it! It's worth the visit just to see the Van Gogh starry night at a distance really close! Another treat ... If you go on Friday afternoon, from 16:00 to 20:00, the Museum is free ... certainly don't expect to be alone but this opportunity allows, if maybe you're not modern art enthusiasts and don't want to pay for something you don't attracts wildly, to stop in one of the most important museums in the world!

  • The conjunction of art classic of avant-garde, with outstanding works around the world, with outstanding contemporary works, make this museum an experience that must live. If you appreciate art, never leave you indifferent.

  • My daughter made me go. Loved it. We had a great time. Some fantastic art (maybe not the peanuts one though). Had a coffee on the restaurant with the balcony while we planned our visit - loved the atmosphere. Some lady even came over and asked me was I famous.
  • Beautiful collection of Modern Art. On a rainy summer day, it was a bit too crowded to my liking but still worth the visit. Quite a few pieces of Picasso and contemporaries. Superb! Free audio tour available in quite a few languages. Don't forget to take one of these. It definitely adds to the experience. Some of the paintings had audio items for kids as well. I haven't seen many kids around but I have checked one or two stories for kids. Great aid to introduce them to art. You can easily spend a full day but there is an audio tour of about an hour to just take in the highlights as well. Kids up till 16 years of age have free entrance.
  • Such a peaceful environment. Great art. Friendly staff. Its surprisingly very big. Not so many kids. Well it's an art museum. Kids will get bored seeing painting on every wall.. at least my kids will..
  • Wow, what an amazing collection of art. Stunning photography, famous paintings and artists, and an unusual display of architecture drawings from Serbia and Croatia. A moving display about race, racism and inequality. Art to move you and make you think. Art to spark your imagination and creativity. Art to draw you in and surprise you. This is a place for all to experience life through art. Spend the day or just a few hours...it will be well worth your time.
  • A bit packed, but the MOMA never disappoints. If you're willing to brave the crowds, Friday afternoons are FREE from 4 to 8 PM. I've been here a few times before, and came on a weekend with some friends recently. I'm always impressed by the thought-provoking work that's offered here, as well as the incredible breadth and diversity; one exhibit featured a Congolese artist who sought to capture the colorful nature of the Art Deco architecture in his hometown in Congo, while the more traditional offerings included works by Warhol, Rothko, Kandinsky, Pollock and other familiar names. This museum could easily fill 3 to 4 hours of your time if you've never been before, and offers multiple floors of exhibits. The enclosed courtyard, with its fountains, trees, sculptures and calm atmosphere is worth a look and is great way to stop and chill out (if you can get an empty seat).
