ただ、... more »It faces a sober street and is a bit confusing, but the building is new and splendid. The café inside is stylish, and you can enjoy Asian tea and food. As for the exhibition, Buddhist art from India, Tibet, Bhutan and some Chinese has been collected, and as you climb the spiral staircase of the five-story atrium, the world will open one after another. If you are interested in the culture of this region even a little, i think it is a place to enjoy. However, the 4th and 5th floors are not permanent exhibitions, or installations with Buddhist interpretations from contemporary art are on display, and this is not very high level, so the exhibition seems to change somewhat from then on. Away from the surrounding hustle and bustle, i felt at ease for a while.
Beautifully constructed boutique museum with permanent and temporary exhibits of Asian art. Interactive exhibits well suited for young and old alike. A wonderful restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious salads, appetizers, sandwiches and main courses with an Asian influence. Mulligatawny soup is the best I have ever tasted!
It was my first time there with my college class. We were a group of about 15 and we didn't feel in the way, it was roomy enough for us to do out lesson, and it was quite enough for us to have discussions. I will be going back on my own...it was amazing!
