Siguiendo las recomendaciones de los viajeros, fuimos, pedimos un sandwich italiano, que traía salame y jamón crudo... increíble!!! de los más ricos que hemos probado! Of the wealthiest we've ever tasted! They cut off the cheese and the cold cuts on the bread, in the sight of the client! Amazing! And while we waited we asked for a sticks of mozzarella freca, with salsa, which when we tried it we could not believe it! It was the coldest day in NYC (-4 °c) and we sat on the sidewalk to eat them, it was a relief for the cold we were coming through! We took the sandwich and in the showcase they have outside the store, we bought some canoli for dessert... Also exquisite! You have to go yes or yes, and if you already were, you have to go back!!!
Love the prepped food. Always delicious and filling, owners and workers are super nice too
I always buy prosciutto here, it is so good! I tried the takeaway meet & eggplant and sadly it had a really weird taste (maybe from sitting there for a long time/maybe it wasn't completely fresh?), it had a pool of tomato sauce too... kind of grossed me out and had to throw it away.
