  Great experience! A must if you enjoy local food even if you don’t like to cook. Ayşın Ekinci is an experienced chef who will take you into the neighborhood’s food stores, bakeries, butcheries where she buys her produce while explaining the history of the area and the origins of culinary traditions. After chai (Turkish tea) and just bought pastries you will be introduced to the delicacies of the Ottoman, Anatolian and Istambul in a hand in class. Well explained, easy to prepare and very professonally set, at the end you will enjoy the meal you just prepared. We had a wonderful time.
