Among the world's oldest national parks, Banff National Park serves as a World Heritage-listed mecca for cyclists, hikers, skiers, bird-watchers, mountain climbers, and anyone else with a passion for exploring vast untouched wildernesses.
On the 13th (Sat), spend an exhilarating day on the slopes at The Lake Louise Ski Resort. There's much more to do: explore the activities along Moraine Lake, take some stellar pictures from Fairview Lookout, and take a memorable drive along Icefields Parkway.

Jasper National Park
The largest national park in the Canadian Rockies, sprawling Jasper National Park encompasses more than 10,000 sq km (4,200 sq mi) of largely unspoiled mountain wilderness.
Kick off your visit on the 15th (Mon): take in the dramatic scenery at Athabasca Falls, then look for gifts at Candy Bear Lair, then contemplate the waterfront views at Pyramid and Patricia Lakes, and finally take in breathtaking views at Maligne Canyon. Keep things going the next day: get outside with Lac Beauvert, then stop by Experience Gourmet Living, and then trek along Cavell Meadows Trail.

You can take a bus from Banff National Park to Jasper National Park in 2 hours. Another option is to drive.
