In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Your list of things to see and do now includes Arco della Pace, Duomo di Milano, Parco Sempione, and other attractions. Kick off your visit on the 29th (Sun): take in the spiritual surroundings of Duomo di Milano. Keep things going the next day: admire the striking features of Piazza di Santa Maria delle Grazie, 2, then explore the historical opulence of Castello Sforzesco, then walk around Parco Sempione, and finally appreciate the history behind Arco della Pace.
